If there’s one thing people seem to love almost as much as playing padel, it’s listening to podcasts. So, it only makes sense that there are now an ever-increasing number of podcasts about padel. We originally recommended three top padel podcasts to listen to back in February (which you can read more about here.

But now we’re back with three new padel podcast recommendations for you to check out on the way to or from your next match:

PadelCast: Host Mike Vitorrio (who’s also the founder of the US Padel Network) fell in love with padel while living and working in Spain.

Now he’s returned home to the States and is on a mission to “put padel in the hands of EVERY American [and] bring builders, investors, gym owners and anyone interested in padel together to build the padel community and spread the sport.”

Early guests (in addition to yours truly) include David Gutstadt of Ballers in Philadelphia, Takita Padel and San Diego Stingrays CEO Ryan Redondo, and Ray Brinkmanis of Alba Padel.

Ideal for: U.S. padel fans who love all aspects of the sport.

Padel Addicts: At least once a week, someone mentions this San-Diego-based podcast to me, and with good reason.

Hosted by two self-diagnosed padel addicts, Jorge and Jaime Sanz, who have already recorded 31 episodes to date, Padel Addicts delves into a wide range of padel related topics from players, pros, and tournaments… to clubs, their founders, and the challenges they face… to advice for beginners and padel gear recommendations.

The duo even document their road trips to play in places like Las Vegas and Tiajuana, and record episodes in both English and Spanish.

More recent guests include Ace Padel founder and CEO Elliot Carnello and Padel Haus founder Santiago Gomez.

Ideal for: Fun-loving padel addicts (obviously)

All the Angles padel podcast logo

All the Angles: This London-based podcast (backed by the celebrity fueled Hexagon Cup padel tournament) bills itself as, “the go-to destination for those looking to understand the past, present + future of the business behind padel worldwide.”

Each week host Alex Inglot — and occasional guest hosts from the Hexagon Cup — talk to the business leaders and pioneers driving the growth of the sport around the world, with a focus on strategy, innovation, and economics and provide valuable insight for those in or looking to get into padel’s development.

Ideal for: Business-focused padel enthusiasts.

Our original padel podcast recommendations (from February 2024):

Padel Smash Academy: Hosted by long-time U.S. padel mainstays Julian Wortelboer and Cesar Caceres (known as “Cesc”) who run a padel company of the same name, this is undoubtedly one of the most diverse, prolific, and fun-to-listen-to padel podcasts out there today.

In keeping with their motto of being “all about padel” Julian and Cesc have interviewed a wide range of guests, including top talents like Luis Estrada, Maria Magraner, Nico Clerc, and Peter Alonso-Martinez (among many others).

They’ve also spoken with many padel business leaders like Ryan Redondo of Taktika Padel, Patricio Misitrano of The Sports Haus, and Robyn Duda of RacquetX.

Meanwhile, other episodes feature in-depth coverage on everything from some of the U.S.’s top padel clubs… to the best padel rackets for beginners… to tech innovations that could help shape the sport’s future.

All 56 episodes are available here.

Ideal for: Padel lovers looking for a fun and easy way to learn more about every possible aspect of the sport.

The Joy of Padel: Sponsored by Padel1969 and hosted by one of the most interesting and notable personalities in the padel world today, Minter Dial (whose father actually played padel on the original Corcuera court in Acapulco, Mexico with the likes of Henry Kissinger — which comes up in Episode 1).

This spirited, well-researched podcast delves deep into the fascinating history of the game, explores the diverse international background of the sport, and introduces listeners to some of the top players, professionals, and visionaries in the sport today.

So far, there have been 13 episodes, all of which can be found here.

Ideal for: True padel nerds who enjoy learning about the sport almost as much as they do playing it.

The Padel Movement: Hosted by U.S. professional padel player Brittany Dubins and jack-of-all-trades padel expert Ben Nicholls of Padel 22, this relatively new, easy-to-listen-to podcast delves into everything from the background of the sport… to how to properly pronounce “padel”… to the Pro Padel League… to the future of the sport here in the U.S. (and whether it can co-exist with pickleball).

Featured guests include everyone from top-ranked padel pros like Tia Norton and Nico Agritelley… to Cork Padel founder Max Evans… to Sandy Farquarson, the founder of The Padel School… and even padel court building guru Eric Loftus of Northeast Padel.

You can listen to the latest episodes of The Padel Movement here.

Ideal for: Padel addicts looking to stay on top of the latest news, trends, and updates from around the world of padel.
