With each passing day, new padel courts and clubs are opening across the U.S. So, today we wanted to feature five exciting new padel clubs around the U.S. — two in California, two in Texas, and one in Florida — that should be on any serious padel addict’s radar right now.

TEMPO Padel & Pickleball Club — Houston, TX

While Houston may not get nearly as much attention as Miami does when it comes to padel in the U.S., the Texas metropolis is arguably the U.S. padel world’s “second city” thanks to its abundance of courts and clubs, including newcomer TEMPO Padel & Pickleball Club.

TEMPO, which is located about 20 minutes northwest of downtown Houston, features four outdoor padel courts along with four pickleball courts, a relaxing wellness space, and lively bar area for post-play socializing. And as you can see from the photo above, they also have ample parking, which is always a major plus in a city of Houston’s size.

The stated goal of TEMPO’s founders is to, “deliver an unmatched padel and pickleball club experience — where play, wellness, and connection unite to create a social, active lifestyle that enhances your physical, mental, and social well-being.”

Despite being new to the scene, TEMPO has already hosted a hugely successful RedPADEL tournament that attracted many of the top players from around the country, and will also be hosting their first ever TEMPO Cup the weekend of November 1 – 3.

With a start like that, chances are you’re going to see some very big things from this relatively small club in the U.S. padel’s “second city.”

You can visit TEMPO Padel & Pickleball Club at 1729 Brittmoore Rd Ste A, Houston, TX 77043 weekdays between 4pm and 11pm and on weekends between 7am and 11:30 pm. You can call them at (713) 570-6716 or email them here.

i95 Padel — Miami, FL

i95 Padel in Miami, Florida

About 15 minutes due north of downtown Miami on I-95, you’ll find the appropriately named i95 Padel, a new indoor club that has added four more courts to South Florida’s exploding padel scene.

In addition to offering courts that are playable rain or shine, it’s clear from their Instagram page that i95 Padel prides itself on their community-based offerings, as well as coaching from their pro, Mauro Noguera, an Argentine who has been deeply involved in the padel world for over two decades now.

Another key feature of i95 Padel is its sleek and well-stocked pro shop with rackets, footwear, accessories, and more from top brands like NOX, Bullpadel, and Babolat, as well as exciting up-and-coming brands like Volt.

So, next time your favorite outdoor club in Miami is closed due to rain or you find yourself needing some new gear, all you have to do is hop on I-95 and head on over to i95.

You can visit i95 Padel at 650 NW 105th St, Miami, FL 33150 daily between 7am and 11pm. You can call them at (786) 642-7667.

Padel Club EP — El Paso, TX

While the “EP” stands for El Paso, Padel Club EP is technically just across the border in Sunland Park, NM — which makes it both the first padel club in the El Paso area and the entire state of New Mexico.

When it opens, Padel Club EP will feature three outdoor courts (with a fourth to come at a later date) and a stunning desert backdrop, as well as a small club house with a covered alfresco terrace where people can relax, socialize, and watch others play.

At this point, details are few and far between, but initial impressions are very favorable and we look forward to providing more updates once the club is officially open. So, please stay tuned.

Once open, you can visit Padel Club EP at 1800 Futurity Dr, Sunland Park, NM 88063. In the meantime, be sure to follow them on Instagram for updates.

Park Padel — South San Francisco and West Sacramento, CA

Park Padel in West Sacramento

As we recently reported, after originally bringing two pop-up courts to the heart of San Francisco at Embarcadero Plaza last year, Park Padel is now about to open now just one, but two, additional clubs in the very near future in Northern California.

The first, in South San Francisco, is set to open November 2nd and will feature six indoor courts, while the second, on the river in downtown Sacramento, will feature four outdoor courts.

All told, Park Padel will operate 13 total courts in Northern California once these two new clubs open and a third court is added to their original Embarcadero location.

But this is only the beginning according to Park Padel co-founder and CEO Jessica Talbert, who tells me their goal is to open 100 total courts over the next couple of years under the Park Padel banner.

If the next 98 courts Talbert and team open are anywhere as stunning as the first two, the U.S. padel world is in for a real treat. So please be sure to keep an eye out for future updates and articles about their progress.

Once open, you can visit Park Padel’s South San Francisco location at 550-4 Eccles Ave, South San Francisco, CA 94080 or their West Sacramento location at 985 Riverfront St, West Sacramento, CA 95691. In the meantime, be sure to follow them on Instagram here or here for updates.
